Hello to our Little League communities.
Your presidents and district staff have been working tirelessly to develop a safe plan for when, and if, we can begin play. Last week, Little League International cancelled all Regional and World Series tournaments for the 2020 season. This past weekend, the Pennsylvania State Association of District Administrators voted to cancel all 2020 sectional and state level tournaments. Although this is disappointing, it now allows time to develop and form some type of regular season. We continue to monitor the Pennsylvania Department of Health, CDC recommendations and receive guidance from Little League to determine a safe starting date and resumption guidelines.
As of today, we will continue to suspend all District 16/31 Little League activities. We are hopeful to determine a start date, or postponement of the season on or before June 3rd, 2020.
As your District Administrator, along with my staff and the eighteen league presidents, we will continue to work together to provide you with a decision that represents the safest and best interest of our entire Little League community.

Please remain safe at home!
